No, unless it says otherwise non of our prices include delivery or collection. Delivery and collection is charged at an extra £10 per item for decorations and £3.50 per item for chair covers. removing chair covers at the end of your event is usually done by the venue, if we have to do it then we charge an additional 50p per cover

We will usually collect our hired Items on the morning after the event.
Yes our Click and Collect service save you loads
The price that we give you will Include design, production and 1 set of amends to your stationery Items. All other client amends will be charged at £15 per hour.
Click and collect orders are paid for in full at time of order and the items are reserved. For weddings and events using our other services we will take a non-refundable £50 or 10% towards your invoice to save your day.
We take a preauthorization, you will be authorizing electronic transactions done with a debit card or credit card and holding this balance until the hire goods are all returned and checked then the money will be released again automatically.
People like to party and unfortunately during your festivities accidents do happen and stock gets damaged and sometimes goes missing. Any stock that needs to be replaced will be charged for at the full retail cost which is 3x the rental cost and deducted from your credit or debit card.
For Click and collect orders your full balance is taken at the time of your online order.
All other orders
50% of your outstanding balance is due 6 months prior to your event and your final balances is due 28 days prior to your event, we will send you email reminders. See our Terms and Conditions
Yes you have up until the 28 days before the event to make any changes to your order, and the price will be adjusted accordingly. You will be charged full cost of any Items that have been bought In specifically for your wedding.
Yes you can cancel at anytime, however the save the date payment is NON refundable and If you cancel within 28 days of your wedding or event you will be liable for the full outstanding balance
We cover all of Yorkshire and Greater Manchester, we will consider other areas depending on the size of the order
We accept all major debit & credit cards by phone and we also take PayPal and there is a link on invoices to pay on line or by using our bank details below.

Yes, we have provided room decorations for several Indian weddings, our room decorations, particularly our aisle lights are very popular. We work in partnership with Apna Venue/Sikh Leisure Centre in Huddersfield and a pleased to offer all Apna Venue customers 10% discount.

Inspire Hire Services was well known in the Pontefract and Wakefield areas and we no longer trade under the Inspire Hire Services brand or use the website www.inspirehs.co.uk.
